We currently treat adolescents through 65+, as well as couples and families.

Individual Counseling

Our therapists use a variety of techniques to walk alongside our clients in the areas of emotional, behavioral, psychological, and social functioning. This involves exploring cognitions, emotions, relationship dynamics, behaviors, learning new adaptive skills, and so much more to bring about wellness. Services are tailored to each client’s goals.

Relationship Counseling

Come learn how to effectively communicate, resolve conflict, and improve relational connection and dynamics in a supportive environment. Our therapist will teach a variety of skills in these areas and help you grow in your confidence with implementing them into your daily life.

This service is for couples, families, friends, coworkers, etc.

Rates and Insurance

We accept private pay and clients who wish to use their insurance benefits. Headway, a 3rd party billing agency, will handle processing claims for certain insurances. If your insurance is on that list, you’ll receive an extra email when preparing for your intake.

At Kairos, we offer a college student rate and for those paying out of pocket, we will provide a Good Faith Estimate and a Superbill for possible reimbursement by your insurance.

 

We accept Credit/Debit Cards or Checks only. Cash payments are not accepted.

  • Therapy Intake (90 min) - $180

    Ongoing session (53-60 min) - $150

    Couples/Family (53-60 min) - $175

  • Insurances billed through Headway: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem EAP, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar Health, and United Healthcare.

    Insurances billed through Kairos: Medical Mutual.

  • Many insurances provide “out of network” benefits. With this, many clients can get up to 70% of their session fees reimbursed, so be sure to check with your insurance about this! We will provide you with a “Superbill” that can be submitted to your insurance for the potential reimbursement.

    Other clients use their HSAs for out of network mental health services.

    And don’t forgot to check your place of employment as well! Some organizations will agree to reimburse their employees for using mental health services. The HR department would be the place to ask.
