What is Kairos?

Why this name? KAIROS (Kai-ros) in Greek means an “opportune season for action”.

Our Story

It all started with us, individually, sitting in a session with our client as we validated their frustrations and the need for their healthcare team to be working together for their wellness. And even though everyone on the team had each other’s contact information, they just didn’t have the time to have a conversation with each other. It seemed we were having this conversation often with different clients. Here, is where we saw the need in the community and began to dream of a solution to a chronic problem. And so, Kairos was born! Born from a need in the community, a passion to meet the need, and a hope to create a different system approach to provide wellness for our clients, while also cutting down on the wait times to obtain wellness goals.

We want to be, not just a place, but also a community, where our clients find the skills, tools, support, and resources needed as they take action in their lives, be that emotionally, mentally, spiritually, or physically.

So here at Kairos, you’ll find an integrative community of professionals dedicated to working together and collaborating to meet the goals of our clients.

Our Vision

We aim to be a mental health multi-disciplinary practice that regularly collaborates with other professionals on our team or outside of Kairos to provide holistic wellness for our clients.

Though we are founded on a foundation of Christian beliefs and can integrate them in our time with our clients, as requested, we want to serve people from a variety of spiritual backgrounds and cultures.

We believe there is no better time than the present to walk towards wellness.
