About Us

Welcome

At Kairos Wellness Center, we are passionate about working with our clients to find the root causes for their symptoms and walking with them to reach their wellness goals. You’ll find that your counselor is ready to work together for YOUR benefit with your care team. We believe there are multiple dimensions of mental health. The mission at Kairos is to offer an integrative approach to assist our clients on their journey towards holistic wellness.

Our Services

  • Our therapists use a variety of techniques to walk alongside our clients in the areas of emotional, behavioral, psychological, and social functioning. This involves exploring cognitions, emotions, relationship dynamics, behaviors, learning new adaptive skills, and so much more to bring about wellness. Treatment is tailored to each client’s goals.

  • Come learn how to effectively communicate, resolve conflict, and improve relational connection and dynamics in a supportive environment. Your therapist will teach a variety of skills in these areas and help you grow in your confidence with implementing them into your daily life.

    This service is for couples, families, friends, coworkers, etc.
